French term or phrase: This calccul in a list of easements of different types. Please note that this is the only context I have. I assume that this refers to a footing easement, but I am totally lost as to what “sous voile” could mean in this context – nothing to do with sailing!

Niggle removed, as you answered the point in your explanation. It might need dfs tweak to make it fit the context that it is only the footing, not the concrete wall, that crosses the boundary. Yes, of course, that’s why they expresed filants that way! We had this term several times and I remember the answer ‘shell’. For the moment I cannot add links as I am posting from my smartphone.
